Secret Media requirements in THE TSUNAMI GAME

To get Secret Media in THE TSUNAMI GAME, reach R6, use the last rarity zone, and bring a Secret collectible back to safety. The September 15 creator guide recommends setting Severity to 2.5× before hunting. The official SECRET MEDIA badge describes securing your first Secret item.

Before you leave Why it matters
Rebirth 6 or higher Official R6 badge unlocks Secret rarity access
Check the current Severity reading Token cost depends on the starting value
Reach 2.5× for this creator route Corrected description and another September video agree on this setting
Leave carrying room You need to pick up and return the Secret
Plan a return path A pickup alone is not the completed badge task

Step by step

  1. Unlock R6. If the last zone is inaccessible, finish rebirth progression first.
  2. Read the server's Severity. Visit the Total Severity shop near the safe-zone shops. Tokens pay for changes immediately; other players can also affect the server.
  3. Set up the hunt. From 1.0×, buy +1.0 for 10 Tokens and +0.5 for 5 Tokens to reach 2.5×. If you start elsewhere, use the Severity calculator.
  4. Go to the farthest rarity zone. Watch the incoming waves and the Secret-spawn announcement. A setting is not a promise that an item appears immediately.
  5. Collect the Secret. Competing players may reach it first. Do not confuse a normal event item or a Token with a Secret collectible.
  6. Return to the safe zone with it. The creator explicitly treats the return as essential. Check that SECRET MEDIA has been awarded after securing it.
  7. If your goal is AFE, continue to the entry route. The badge and the crossover's session entry are two different steps. Open AFE instructions.

Why 2.5× instead of 1.2× or 2.0×?

The creator's spoken instructions and captions contain lower values, but the written correction says 2.5×. The second September video visibly recommends exactly 2.5×. We use that practical route here.

The community Collectables page uses “above 2.5” in one explanation while also describing events as another way Secrets appear. These sources do not establish a precise drop formula or an absolute threshold for every server version. Start with the corrected 2.5× route; do not treat an old spoken value or an unverified percentage as guaranteed spawn math.

Small server or busy server?

There is a real tradeoff. A small server can mean fewer players racing you to the pickup. However, the official game description says rare items are much less likely in smaller servers.

Choose a smaller server when competition is your main obstacle and you accept that spawn opportunities may be worse. A busier server can offer more rare-item opportunities under the official rule, at the cost of more competition. Neither choice guarantees a Secret. Do not pay for a private server expecting it to guarantee the badge.

When the run does not work

What happened Check next
Last zone is locked Verify your actual rebirth count is at least six
No Secret appears Recheck server Severity, allow for random spawns and consider server population
Another player takes it Prepare your route and carrying space before the announcement; reassess competition
You pick it up but receive no badge Complete the return to safety and check the official badge ownership
Mobile Collect button seems unresponsive Try the small E square on the prompt; touch-control help
Badge owned, AFE still missing Follow the separate transfer and Subchapters steps, including rejoin; entry checks
